bebetterLast month, we discussed how to target/recruit the different generations like Millennials, and in that article we featured The 2020 Workplace: How Innovative Companies Attract, Develop, and Keep Tomorrow’s Employees Today by Jeanne C. Meister.  In continuing on with the topic of the attracting and keeping top talent, we wanted to highlight some special initiatives that HR departments can do to improve their corporate culture and ultimately enhance their recruiting efforts.
