We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our company. You would interact with customers to resolve support issues, sell new products and services, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience. In addition to being the best in the business, you will need to be confident, fully engaged, a team player, and dedicated to bringing a positive and enthusiastic outlook to work each day.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, process, and verify the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing the customer purchase order process
- Schedule and confirm shipping quantities and dates with freight carriers and customers
- Communicate and provide feedback on customer complaints regarding quantity, quality, shipping delays, etc.
- Identify and introduce new ideas and solutions to increase the customer service department’s accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness
- Assist customers firsthand with a genuine, engaging nature to enhance their purchasing experience, increasing customer satisfaction, and customer retention
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer’s conflicts by providing optimal sale solutions based on their needs and concerns
- Act as a liaison between our existing internal clients and their potential new external customers by being the direct point of contact that ensures the satisfaction of the customer’s new services
- Collaborate with fellow customer service associates and the sales team to determine the most effective way to generate and increase revenue and services for our clients
- Oversee sales transactions to ensure they are completed correctly, and installation dates placed promptly
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- A college degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent attention to detail
