​​​​​​​Customer Service Representative Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately take, enter and expedite customer orders; answer questions and provide helpful information while maintaining customer loyalty by cultivating relationships
  • Research and resolve invoicing, open balance, credit memo status and payment history accounting issues
  • Process quotes and sales orders, prepare and follow up on purchase orders and confirmation of ship dates
  • Update client accounts and records; document all conversations, complaints and actions taken
  • Issue return authorizations and correct errors


Customer Service Representative Requirements:

  • 6 months of customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Outstanding communication skills needed to establish rapport with compassion, diplomacy, assertiveness, professionalism and respect for customers and colleagues alike
  • Upbeat, eager and helpful personality with excellent work ethic
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
