$22-$24/Hour – Depending on Experience
Customer Service Representative Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately take, enter and expedite customer orders; answer questions and provide helpful information while maintaining customer loyalty by cultivating relationships
- Research and resolve invoicing, open balance, credit memo status and payment history accounting issues
- Process quotes and sales orders, prepare and follow up on purchase orders and confirmation of ship dates
- Update client accounts and records; document all conversations, complaints and actions taken
- Issue return authorizations and correct errors
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- 6 months of customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Outstanding communication skills needed to establish rapport with compassion, diplomacy, assertiveness, professionalism and respect for customers and colleagues alike
- Upbeat, eager and helpful personality with excellent work ethic
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
