The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in attracting top talent, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and implementing innovative strategies to meet our organization’s staffing needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
- Utilize various channels and platforms to attract and engage top-tier talent.
- Liaise with external recruitment agencies and staffing firms to establish productive partnerships, negotiate contracts, and coordinate efforts in sourcing high-quality candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure suitability and cultural fit within the organization.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Enhance the company’s employer brand by promoting a positive candidate experience and developing engaging recruitment materials.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators.
- Ensure all recruitment processes comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role.
- Proven ability to handle recruitment for all levels of corporate office roles.
- Familiarity with resume databases, professional networks, and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software is a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
