We are a growing company that manufactures and distributes high-quality, innovative products and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer care. As we expand our product lines, we’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to support one of our key product lines and work closely with our Product Development Director. This role blends administrative support with creative marketing tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field and is motivated to build a long-term career in marketing within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the product development, graphic design, and sales teams to help meet department goals and project timelines
- Coordinate details of new product launches, assisting with the logistics and tracking of launch materials and timelines
- Assist in monitoring market trends and gathering insights, contributing to product, and marketing strategies
- Aid in the development and organization of graphics and other creative deliverables
- Maintain and update the product database, ensuring all information is current and accessible
- Compile reports, track project progress, and publish internal technical documents to keep the team informed
- Perform other marketing and administrative duties relevant to product development and marketing initiatives as assigned
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a similar field
- 6 months of experience in an administrative or similar position
- Solution-oriented with strong prioritization and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
