Responsibilities of our Marketing Assistant:
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches that drive brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Assisting with sales quotes, invoice processing, budget tracking, and vendor coordination to keep the Marketing Department running smoothly.
- Managing schedules, meetings, and communications for the marketing team, ensuring projects stay on track and deadlines are met.
- Assist in creating content across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email marketing, and print materials.
- Organizing marketing materials, product samples, and inventory to ensure seamless access for internal teams and external events.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to help shape strategies that give our brand an edge in the industry.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure messaging aligns with customer needs and company goals.
- Coordinate trade shows, events, and sponsorships, ensuring our brand stands out and leaves a lasting impression.
- Help maintain and update marketing databases, customer lists, and CRM platforms to support campaign effectiveness.
Requirements of our Marketing Assistant:
- At least one year of proven administrative experience, where you’ve honed your ability to keep teams organized, projects on track, and processes running smoothly.
- Associate’s degree or higher required—because a strong educational foundation helps you navigate the demands of a fast-paced marketing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)—you’re confident with spreadsheets, reports, presentations, and can streamline communication with ease.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in everything from data entry to campaign execution.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey ideas clearly, collaborate with teams, and build strong relationships across the organization.
