The Healthcare Training Manager leads the development and delivery of impactful healthcare and clinical learning programs, driving strategic initiatives that support organizational goals. This position plays a key role in managing cross-functional efforts, optimizing training workflows, and ensuring smooth execution of both digital and on-site education. Success in this role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in healthcare or medical, capable of juggling multiple priorities while fostering collaboration across departments.

  • Brings over five years of hands-on experience in healthcare operations, clinical education, or medical training
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms, with experience in Salesforce and relevant certifications seen as an advantage
  • Skilled in overseeing budgets and coordinating with external partners and vendors
  • Well-versed in e-learning technologies and virtual training tools
  • Ability to travel (10-20%)


What you will accomplish:

  • Design and lead clinical education initiatives tailored for customers, internal teams, and the sales team
  • Align learning programs with current clinical standards, product messaging, and broader business goals
  • Coordinate the planning, logistics, and delivery of both virtual and on-site training sessions
  • Maintain and update all training assets, including guides, slide decks, and digital learning tools
  • Monitor training outcomes by gathering participant input and analyzing key performance data
  • Develop detailed project timelines, track milestones, and ensure on-schedule program execution
  • Oversee training-related budgets, manage third-party vendors, and allocate resources effectively
  • Work closely with teams across clinical, sales, marketing, and product to ensure educational efforts support strategic priorities
  • Create and implement consistent training workflows, identifying ways to streamline processes and enhance impact
  • Guarantee all training activities adhere to industry standards, internal guidelines, and continuing education mandates
