Corporate Resources and our sister company C.R. Temporaries will reach out to you via an initial phone call to learn about you and what you’re looking for in a new opportunity. In this initial call we will not only learn a bit about your past and current positions, but where you see your progression within your career. Once we ensure that we understand your expectations for a new role, and that you feel we have a thorough understanding of the job you seek we will pick a time for an interview, where you’ll meet face-to-face with an experienced recruiter to dive deeper into your background and your priorities in your job search. We’ll discuss our current opportunities, and what may be a good fit for your individual desires and skillset. Come with any questions you have – we’re happy to help!
Lastly, once we know your interest level in our current open positions, the next step is a final interview with the client/clients. We will coordinate and you’ll be able to ask us any questions so that you feel well prepared: you’ll know about their company, the role, the benefits, their culture, etc.
