The Service Coordinator/Scheduler acts as a key voice and representative of our company and is responsible for the coordination and scheduling of service while providing top notch customer service. The Service Coordinator/Scheduler will be highly organized, detail-oriented, process-driven, upbeat, a self-starting, a hardworking team player and a problem-solver.

Service Coordinator/Scheduler Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate service requests according to customer specifications
  • Process all work orders and maintain records of customer requests and all work performed
  • Prepare daily work schedules and schedules effective and efficient routes for work crews
  • Escalate work orders when necessary and maintain constant communication with customers regarding the status of service requests
  • Review and ensure all necessary documents have been completed
  • Enter all documents and schedules into the system
  • Performed other duties as assigned


Service Coordinator/Scheduler Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of scheduling experience
  • Outstanding communication skills, phone etiquette, ability to speak clearly and concisely
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
