We are a leading financial firm that has been in the industry for over 25 years. We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our team! This person will be located at the building’s front desk and will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Our ideal candidate will be professional, friendly, and ready to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone and transfer calls to appropriate individuals
  • Greet and check-in all incoming visitors
  • Prepare for scheduled visitors, including but not limited to, making name badges and collecting preliminary information
  • Communicate with clients, staff, and management daily to provide support where needed
  • Prepare conference rooms for meetings
  • Manage and organize company kitchen; order supplies as necessary
  • Respond to internal emails
  • General front desk and administrative work


Experience:

  • 1 years’ experience in a reception or an administrative role
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
