The Receptionist/Office Assistant position is a fun and exciting role that allows for learning and growth in many different areas of the company. Daily responsibilities are to work alongside the clients and team to complete various administrative tasks while keeping the office running smoothly. The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, a desire to work efficiently, and excellent communication skills. If you have worked in a fast-paced office in the past and you enjoy establishing your own organizational systems, we’re excited to talk with you. We’re looking for someone who can operate effectively with little or no supervision and who can manage multiple tasks at once.

Receptionist/Office Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Answering a multi-line phone and constantly checking email
  • Welcoming all guests into the office in a professional manner
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the schedules of multiple field and service personnel
  • Optimizing the calendar by adjusting appointments and resolving any potential conflicts
  • Communicating with customers, staff, and management daily to provide support where needed
  • Ensuring that field staff have the appropriate information for their appointments, and providing them with any missing information quickly
  • Various administrative tasks such as managing electronic files and assembling documents


Receptionist/Office Assistant Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service or office environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to be flexible, as priorities change often
  • Excellent organization skills and follow through
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
