Job Description : Our Sales Representatives introduces our compressor products to businesses in the north suburbs and adds new targeted sales opportunities by building rapport and relationships, identifying, contacting and setting appointments with companies who meet our ideal client profile, then supports the follow up process for those opportunities by coordinating related activities between customers and our Service Department. The Sales Rep role is ideal for friendly, confident, outgoing and well-spoken individuals who enjoy connecting with people as well as careful follow up and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products through sales and service offerings
  • Identify target companies in conjunction with our Marketing Dept
  • Book all prospect appointments and enter into the sales funnel
  • Attend appointments at customer facility and establish rapport
  • Maintain CRM with activity notes, next steps, and contact information throughout the sales funnel
  • Design and conduct presentations of equipment
  • Close sales opportunities
  • Coordinate installation with Operations and Service Departments
  • Provide estimates for equipment installations
  • Follow up
  • Cold and warm Calling

Qualifications:

  • 4-year college degree preferred
  • 2+ years of compressor experience in B2B sales or marketing
  • Excellent written and AMAZING verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization and time management
  • Self motivated and self disciplined “A” player
  • Reliable transportation

Compensation is a generous salary, plus commission, plus benefits. (Roughly 130-150K plus benefits)
