We are currently seeking an Order Entry Specialist to provide exceptional customer service to our customers and process incoming orders (the majority of customer interaction in this position will be via email.)

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders, send acknowledgements, and create and send invoices
  • Great product knowledge required, constantly review, and keep up to date on new products
  • Enter quotations into ERP system
  • Build strong relationships with accounts by proactively assessing, clarifying, and validating customer needs on an ongoing basis
  • Research storages, process return requests, and credit authorizations
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products according to customer needs and objectives
  • Provide information on pricing, stock availability, products, application, and lead times
  • Participate and assist in strategic account planning processes that develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones
  • Manage and develop customer relationships


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree required
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience within a corporate customer service position, handling orders, quotes, etc.
  • ERP experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent communication skills, must be able to build rapport with customers
