The Operations Warehouse Manager will drive associate engagement, safety, productivity and continuous process improvements for a multi-shift, high volume, distribution operation across all streams of functional activity.


  • Primary key holder for the 42,000 sq. ft. warehouse
  • Provide leadership, guidance, structure to managers and hold accountable for performance objectives
  • Manage and coordinate all functions, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, staffing and facilities management/oversight
  • Coordinate in-bound and out-bound logistics, negotiate best possible freight and shipping rates; manage freight forwarders, custom brokers, etc.
  • Lead warehouse management and line employees in scheduling, supervising and managing team of pickers and packers as well as inventory control associates and receiving teams
  • Assist as needed all efforts to maintain accurate inventory, physically and virtually
  • Work with cross-functional teams to investigate service failures and ensure all service level agreements are met or exceeded
  • Assist in recruiting, retaining, training, motivating and developing associates
  • Help maintain physical condition of the distribution center through planning and implementing efficient layouts
  • Committed to continual learning with respect to new operating methods as well as information technology impacting distribution operations and safety
  • Ensure the safety, and security of the facility in accordance with OSHA guidelines and enforce all policies, procedures, and regulations are set forth by the company
  • Strong business acumen with hands-on style
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned


  • Education/Certification: Bachelor’s Degree is required. Higher level degree preferred


  • At least 5 years direct management/leadership experience in a warehouse environment with a track record of success


  • Familiar with Microsoft Office
