$23 – $26/Hour (Plus Health Benefits and PTO)

 

We are currently seeking an Office Manager for our Roselle Office. The Office Manager will provide superb customer service with the highest degree of integrity, professionalism, and discretion. In this role, you must be an independent thinker, someone who is confident in their skills to “figure it out.” The ideal candidate will be upbeat, resourceful, and will enjoy being the first point of contact for customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent company by welcoming all visitors and directing all incoming calls to the appropriate party
  • Assist in reviewing correspondence, arranging company meetings and conferences
  • Provide overall administrative support to the executive staff
  • When needed, act as liaison between employees and the executive staff when it comes to schedules and other needs
  • Maintain office and kitchen supplies, placing orders when necessary
  • General administrative tasks, including but not limited to, filing, scanning, and responding to emails
  • Assist in special projects when needed


Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities and have excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively with different levels of personnel
