Our construction company with over 120 years since establishment seeks an Executive Assistant to provide direct support to our President. The ideal candidate would come from a background of supporting a C-level Executive.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding executive support to our CEO and other senior level executives
  • Coordinate and maintain contact list, appointments, and meetings, such that personal and professional appointments do not conflict
  • Schedule both domestic and international travel, understanding currency conversions, and processing all expenses
  • Assist department managers with their daily functions to ensure department goals are met and staff is notified of important information
  • Organize and manage company meetings, prepare agenda, draft minutes
  • Plan special events such as catered lunches, celebrations, and other various occasions
  • Assist with HR-related duties and any other special projects when needed


Executive Assistant Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years supporting a C-Level executive
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail oriented, organized, strong prioritization
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
