We specialize in over 50 different products that are shipped to clients throughout the mid-west. As we continue to grow, we’re looking to hire a Customer Service Representative.
Our goal is to be relationship based, problem solvers and solution providers with customers relying on our superior service levels, product knowledge, order completion rates and competitive pricing. Not only is the Customer Service Representative function a critical position within the organization, we expect the person hired will bring value to the company in a way that foster ideas and actions that enhance our service culture, efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Work within a team environment where passion and dedication to our clients is priority
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our product line to better aid with customer selection
- Receive, review, and enter incoming client purchase orders and return requests in a timely manner
- Maintain customer relationships and a thorough understanding of their needs while ensuring customer information is documented and maintained effectively
- Ensure customer satisfaction and assist with issues/concerns
- Provide information on pricing, stock availability, products, application and lead times
- Develop and present sales proposals on products and services that meet customers’ needs
Requirements:
- 1-2 years’ experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communicator with demonstrated phone skills and etiquette
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
