We pride ourselves on always providing superior products and services to our customers. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Manager to join/lead our energetic team.

The Customer Service Manager serves as a strong link between the customer service team members and our executive leadership team. The Customer Service Manager is responsible for being a strategic thinker who will constantly analyze company needs and team performance, while addressing concerns and providing solutions quickly. Strong people skills and the ability to organize team members and delegate tasks are top requirements.

Customer Service Manager Responsibilities:

  • Provide direction to team members (8) to ensure all customer inquiries are attended to on time and in the best way possible
  • Aid team members who are experiencing difficulties in the execution of their duties by giving personal coaching/training
  • Develop personalized training plans and goals for each member of the team; conduct performance reviews as necessary
  • Seek out areas of improvement and look for efficiencies that can be made within department; present these to executive team for implementation
  • Delegate customer service duties to team members to ensure a fast and smooth flow of operation
  • Provide more direct customer support during the department’s busiest times, but also assist customers throughout the workday
  • Perform and oversee the completion of tasks for the day including processing orders, credit notes, customer payments and customer inquiries
  • Serve as the liaison between the organization and the customer service team members to ensure smooth communication
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and instills a teamwork philosophy
  • Any other duties as assigned to drive the vision, fulfill our mission, and abide by the values of our organization


Customer Service Manager
 Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer service supervisor role
  • AA or BA/BS in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, or similar field of study preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP
  • Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information both written and verbally
  • Must be a high energy self-starter, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
  • Proven ability to lead in a team environment
  • Maintain the highest level of organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills
