We are looking to expand our team and add two additional Account Managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Continually keep up to date with our growing portfolio of products so that you can effectively and professionally communicate them to our customer base
  • Effectively balance the advocacy of your customers’ needs while ensuring that our company’s interests and goals are always maintained
  • Lead the coordination of resources and information to develop quotations and other documents that commit our company to our customers
  • Monitor the status of each quote throughout the entire process, ensuring each is processed promptly
  • Coordinate and communicate inventory level, product return information, and shipment arrival with both our internal departments and customers
  • Become an integral part in channel management as we introduce products to retail stores and transition to new SKUs
  • Manage promotions, reset initiatives, and new product placement to increase promotional activity
  • Advise of opportunities considering company strategy, competitive landscape, trends, and support planning/execution
  • Manage pipeline creation and updates including revenue and cost responsibility
  • Respond to RFP’s (request for proposal) and following up with partners
  • Ensure monthly and quarterly control and adjust goals as necessary
  • Responsible for product assortment to determine what product changes will most positively impact sales


Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of corporate customer service in a product-based environment
  • Experience handling order entry and quoting for clients
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and ERP system is preferred
  • Ability to multi-task, good organizational and time management skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
