Corporate FAQ's

Why should I hire a recruiting firm?
It saves you time, money and frustration. But more importantly a professional recruiter finds the candidate best suited to your office culture and job requirements. A mismatched employee with poor performance can easily jeopardize your client relationships and employee morale. Please see “About Our Service Value for Corporate Clients”.

Can I save myself money by doing my own hiring?
You can get lucky and find the right candidate the first time.
A more likely scenario involves placing and re-running costly want-ads, then interviewing a series of unqualified respondents. More interviews and reference checking lead to making a job offer, which if rejected, means you go to your second choice candidate. After three months it is clear the wrong person was hired and you start the process all over again. Corporate Resources fees are most often less than you will spend on the search and hiring process and our services are guaranteed.

What is the typical process an employer goes through with Corporate Resources?
We start by helping you develop an employee profile for the job position, if not already available. From this initial assessment we create a job profile to match not just the required skill set, but the corporate culture and personalities of the candidates supervisor and fellow workers. We then send you candidates to interview. Almost 90% of our clientele interview fewer than three candidates before making a choice. Our applicants are ‘high performers' that come to us through active referrals and recruitment. They represent the top 20% of available candidates.

After reading your company's literature, I was a little skeptical about "Expecting to Be Impressed—but I was!. You were able to take our job specs and match a great candidate with the job opportunity— a true win-win."
